Burritos and bananas

This afternoon, I biked to the MegaCostco in Sand City.
Tally: 3 non-signalled turns (that I remember):

1) Right-turning car in Costco lot
2) Right-turning car out of Costco lot onto Tioga
3) Left-turning pickup truck at Jewell and 17 Mile

Also, the truck's left turn was especially sloppy. I was headed
west on Jewell, and the truck was facing south on 17 Mile.
The truck cut across a large swath of my lane before
reaching its intended lane. Don't they teach people how to
make left turns these days?

Welcome to signalturns ...

My daily bike commute from Pacific Grove to Monterey, California is
about 6 miles each way. Of that distance, less than 2 miles is actually
on-road; the rest is on the Monterey Recreation Trail. Nonetheless,
almost every day, I witness car drivers turning or changing lanes
without signalling.

In this blog, I will record my observations of non-signalling drivers
on my commute and other bike rides.

By the way, there's another blog on this site named "turnsignals".
It's not mine.
